The BIOSERV Diagnostics GmbH maintains contacts to about hundred international distributors of in vitro diagnostic test kits. We are selling our products in the space of Germany and exporting them to more than fifty countries all over the world. Our distributors in the respective export countries know their domestic markets very well and dispose of a network of end customers (hospitals, laboratories, IVF-centres) where they retail our tests to. Our business relationships are long standing and affected by mutual confidence. The sales department is in permanent close contact with the distributors, takes their orders, processes them and organizes the shipment of the tests. In addition it is responsible for the whole after-sales service.

Once a year the BIOSERV Diagnostic GmbH participates in the Medica trade fair - the world forum for medicine taking part every year in Duesseldorf in November. There we meet most of our customers personally at our company booth where we give an impression of our company and present our products. Furthermore there arises the opportunity to get in contact with many people interested in our product range and potential new customers.
